Cancelling an unused voucher

You can cancel any unused voucher from My Vouchers at any time up to 24 hours before it expires. The full amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. There is no cancellation fee.

Vouchers that expire unused

If a voucher expires without being redeemed, we automatically convert the amount you paid into a2z credit, valid for 12 months and usable on any deal. Your money is not forfeited.

If a merchant doesn't honour your voucher

Contact us at help@a2zdeals.com with the voucher code. We will investigate and, where the merchant is at fault, refund you in full — even if the voucher was marked redeemed.

If a merchant leaves the platform

All unused vouchers for that merchant are refunded automatically and you'll be notified.

Credit

a2z credit can be applied to any purchase. It is not transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Amounts paid using credit are refunded back to credit.
