1. What a2z Deals is

a2z Deals operates a marketplace where merchants offer discounted vouchers. We are not the provider of the underlying goods or services — the merchant is. We facilitate the sale, collect payment, and issue the voucher.

2. Vouchers

Each voucher carries a unique code and expiry date. A voucher may be redeemed once, at the issuing merchant only. Vouchers are not transferable for cash and may not be resold.

3. Purchases and limits

Deals are limited in quantity and time. Inventory is held for 15 minutes during checkout; unpaid orders are released automatically. Per-customer purchase limits are shown on each deal.

4. Merchant obligations

Merchants must honour valid vouchers on the terms published in the deal's fine print. If a merchant fails to honour a voucher, contact us and we will refund you.

5. Liability

Our liability for any deal is limited to the amount you paid for the voucher.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ernakulam, Kerala.
